Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Customer must contact our support to initiate a return.
  • Shipping cost for return is borne by the customer (unless the product is defective).

Refunds

All approved returns will be eligible for a partial refund, based on the condition of the returned item.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
